How to get your Google review link
A Google review link is a URL that opens the "write a review" box for your business directly, so the customer does not have to find you on Maps first. Every business with a Google Business Profile has one. The link is built from your Place ID: https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=YOUR_PLACE_ID.
You can also get it from the Google Business Profile dashboard under "Ask for reviews", which gives a short g.page/r/... link. Both go to the same form. The generator above looks up your Place ID and builds the link for you.
Once you have it: put it in your email signature, text it after each job, print the QR code at the counter. Asking is what gets reviews - most happy customers never think to leave one unless prompted.
Ways to use the link
Email signature
Add "Happy with our work? Leave us a review" with the link. Works on every email you send.
Text after the job
A short message within a day of finishing gets the best response. The Review Requests tool automates this.
QR code at the counter
Print the QR code on a card or sticker. Customers scan it while they wait or pay.
Invoices and receipts
Add the link or QR code to the footer of every invoice.
Follow-up calls
When a customer thanks you on the phone, send the link right then.
Social media
Pin a post with the link, or add it to your Instagram bio.
Want the asking done automatically?
Review Requests sends the link to each customer by email, follows up once, and gives you a private feedback inbox. Monthly subscription, cancel any time.
