Youth Flow Academy is a business school for children in Ukraine, with more than one location. The site was in development when we joined, and the SEO problem was unusual: the school essentially offered one service, and one service means one page and very little to rank. The task was to define and promote services people actually search for - courses by age, by skill, by format - from a single programme, then build the local and content presence to make each location visible.
We finalized the website structure and took part in the final stage of its development, so the site launched with pages for the searchable services rather than one programme page. A Russian version of the site was developed for the bilingual audience. A Google Business Profile was created for each school location and optimized, with a focus on reviews and regular publications, because parents choose a children's programme from the map results and from what other parents say. Analytics were set up with goals for enrolment enquiries.
Blog optimization included a content plan for six months and ready-made texts for the first three, aimed at the questions parents ask - what children learn, at what age, how the programme helps with school and confidence. Link building added authority from education and parenting resources, and website speed was optimized. Some reputation work was needed: a competitor had left unpleasant comments on several sites, and balancing them with genuine feedback restored an accurate picture. The largest challenge remained identifying and promoting the services - turning one programme into the set of pages that match how parents search.
Every location profile was treated as its own local business with its own reviews and posts, so each could rank in its own area.
The school reached the top 10 for all its target queries, with results that showed in enquiries and conversions. Each location gained a Google Business Profile ranking in its area, the site served both languages, and the blog had a plan and content that continued after the engagement.
Turning one programme into searchable services was the intellectual core of the project. We looked at how parents search - by the child's age, by the skill they want developed, by the format (after-school, weekend, camp) and by location - and structured the site so each of those had its own page describing the programme from that angle, with the same underlying course behind them. That is not duplication; it is answering different questions with the same product, which is what let the school rank across the full set of queries rather than for a single phrase.
Children's programmes, tutoring centres and studios in Vancouver often have one core offering and the same challenge: making one programme visible for many searches. North SEO builds the service structure, the location profiles and the parent-focused content that turn a single programme into a set of ranking pages.
