Organic SEO retainer for e-commerce (Local Authority to Market Dominance), scope depends on catalogue size • Current North SEO pricing, see Buy Services
EZSaunas.com sells saunas in New Jersey - a considered purchase with a long research phase, a high ticket and competition from national manufacturers, big-box retailers and dozens of regional dealers. The store's site had product pages but little of the informational and comparison content buyers read before choosing, a thin link profile and no organized local presence for the showroom side of the business.
The engagement ran as a monthly retainer over two months with a defined scope for each, combining content, links and Google Maps work.
Month one built the base. Twenty crowd links were ordered from relevant, authoritative sources and a budget allocated for two article links on authority platforms. Keyword research produced about ten groups of priority terms - sauna types, sizes, materials, indoor versus outdoor, installation and health questions - most relevant to the target audience. We prepared SEO recommendations with an analysis of the current site and technical specifications for the programmers, designers and project managers, analysed the main competitors' strategies and weaknesses, and wrote specifications for the content writers with key topics, structure and keywords. Google Maps work began: updating information, adding photos and encouraging reviews to improve visibility on the map.
Month two deepened everything. Additional keyword research produced about thirty more groups related to the site's products and services. We checked the implementation of the SEO recommendations once the programmers began work and added tasks for further adjustments. Analytics were tested and configured for accurate tracking. An advanced analysis of competitor link profiles identified further link sources and strategies. Google Maps promotion continued for two profiles - both locations - with updated information, photos and reviews. Thirty texts were produced with AI assistance against the keyword groups and edited for the site, and forty more crowd links were ordered to strengthen the profile.
After two months the store had forty keyword groups mapped to content, thirty new texts published, sixty crowd links and article placements building authority, verified technical fixes, working analytics and two optimized Maps profiles - a complete first phase for a high-ticket e-commerce site.
The content produced in month two followed the buyer's research path. Early-stage pages answered whether a sauna is worth it, which type suits a home, and what it costs to run; mid-stage pages compared materials, heaters and sizes; late-stage pages covered delivery, installation, permits and financing. Each was assigned a keyword group, a target page position in the site structure and internal links forward to the next stage and to the relevant products. Thirty texts produced this way cover the whole journey rather than adding thirty disconnected articles - which is why they support product rankings instead of competing with them.
Hot tubs, saunas, fireplaces, kitchens - Vancouver's considered-purchase retailers need the same combination: comparison content for the research phase, authority for the rankings and a Maps presence for the showroom visit. North SEO's e-commerce and local SEO services cover all three.
