Supreme Concrete supplies concrete in Los Angeles and operated across more than one web property - a lead-generation site at concretenearme.us, a newer site at supreme-concrete.online and the main supreme-concrete.com domain. The businesses were real and busy; the online presence was fragmented. Search engines saw three loosely connected sites with thin content and no local signals, and the company had no Google Business Profile to capture the 'concrete near me' searches that drive its category.
The engagement was scoped as two months of work covering content, local setup, trust signals and technical improvement, with a clear list of deliverables for each month so the client could see exactly what was being done.
Month one focused on the lead-generation site and local presence. We wrote SEO-optimized texts for concretenearme.us around the phrases customers use - delivery, pricing, ready-mix, small loads, same-day - and made the on-page edits the site needed: meta tags, titles, descriptions and technical details. We added the company's BBB A+ rating to the site's quote form to raise trust at the point of conversion, and registered and set up a Google Business Profile for Supreme Concrete to establish local visibility. Keyword research produced thirty groups of terms to guide the strategy, and the necessary content and code edits were made on supreme-concrete.online.
Month two shifted to the main domain and to systems. We attempted registration of an additional business profile through a separate account via Search Console to expand the local footprint, ran a full SEO audit of supreme-concrete.com with a written report and recommendations, and turned the audit into a technical specification for the programmer, who implemented the fixes. The quote calculator on concretenearme.us - the site's main conversion tool - was improved so customers could get an estimate without friction, and local aspects within the sites were checked and corrected. The month closed with twenty citations placed on relevant directories and resources to build authority and consistent business data across the web.
Supreme Concrete came out of the two months with optimized sites, a live Google Business Profile, a stronger trust layer on its quote form, a working calculator, a citation base and a developer-implemented list of technical fixes - the foundation for ranking in a 'near me' category where local signals decide who gets the call.
The citation work was more specific than it sounds. Concrete supply is a category where directories matter - contractors look suppliers up on trade listings as much as on Google - so the twenty citations were chosen for relevance: construction and building-materials directories, local business listings for Los Angeles, and industry resources. Each carried exactly the same business name, address and phone as the Google Business Profile, because inconsistent data across listings is one of the most common reasons a local profile fails to rank.
Suppliers and trades in Metro Vancouver that run more than one site or brand face the same fragmentation. North SEO's local SEO work starts with consolidating signals - one clear profile, consistent citations, trust elements at the conversion point - before spending on content or links.
